Earl Grey Tea Cookies 伯爵茶曲奇



就在孩子学校嘉年华的到来,我绞尽脑汁该做些什么。我对烘焙一点也不通,兴趣是浓厚的。就在此时,自学做饼干,开始了我的饼干旅程。在生命里增添多一点点的色彩。看着孩子渐渐的长大,想让他们长大后有些美好的回忆。




400g  All purpose flour 
65g    Ground almond
270g  Butter

120g  Icing sugar
5g      Salt
55g    Egg yolk
15      Satchets Earl Grey tea leaves

  1. Combine the flour, ground almond and earl grey tea leaves. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Using a balloon whisk, cream butter and sugar till combined.
  3. Add in egg yolk and mix well.
  4. Fold in flour mixture till just combined.
  5. Freeze the dough for 30 mins.
  6. Remove the dough log from freezer and let it thaw for awhile.
  7. Cut into desired shape using cookie cutter.
  8. Bake for 12 mins in the preheated oven at 180 c till firm. Let it cool for 10 minutes on pan, remove from cookie sheets to cool on wire racks.
