就在孩子学校嘉年华的到来,我绞尽脑汁该做些什么。我对烘焙一点也不通,兴趣是浓厚的。就在此时,自学做饼干,开始了我的饼干旅程。在生命里增添多一点点的色彩。看着孩子渐渐的长大,想让他们长大后有些美好的回忆。
400g All purpose flour
65g Ground almond
270g Butter
120g Icing sugar
5g Salt
55g Egg yolk
15 Satchets Earl Grey tea leaves
- Combine the flour, ground almond and earl grey tea leaves. Mix well and set aside.
- Using a balloon whisk, cream butter and sugar till combined.
- Add in egg yolk and mix well.
- Fold in flour mixture till just combined.
- Freeze the dough for 30 mins.
- Remove the dough log from freezer and let it thaw for awhile.
- Cut into desired shape using cookie cutter.
- Bake for 12 mins in the preheated oven at 180 c till firm. Let it cool for 10 minutes on pan, remove from cookie sheets to cool on wire racks.
